Hourly rates for all three Li Media Studio spaces, priced by group size. Both DTLA studios include the cyc wall, podcast room access and HVAC; the villa rate covers the whole house and all outdoor areas.

Minimum booking: 4 hours. The whole house is included in the base rate — the ground floor plus the second floor with 4 bedrooms and the master suite, ideal for talent holding, wardrobe and makeup. All outdoor areas are also included. A refundable security deposit of $2,000 is required for all bookings.
Overtime & Evening Rates
- Overtime is billed at 1.5× the hourly rate, in 30-minute increments.
- Evening rate for the studios (Epic Loft & Castle Loft): $75/hr from 9:00 PM (21:00).
