What is the minimum booking time?

The minimum is 2 hours for both DTLA studios (Epic Loft and Castle Loft) and 4 hours for the Italian Villa Estate. Event bookings at the studios have a 4-hour minimum.

What about parking and load-in?

Our DTLA studios have a freight elevator for easy load-in of gear and props, so getting equipment up to the studio is straightforward on production days.

Can we bring food and alcohol?

Food for cast and crew is welcome. At the Italian Villa Estate, alcohol is allowed only with prior written permission — please ask us before your booking.

How does the villa security deposit work?

A refundable security deposit of $2,000 is required for all Italian Villa Estate bookings. It is refunded after the booking once the space has been checked and left in good condition.

What is the cancellation policy?

Bookings follow the Standard 30 days cancellation policy of the booking platform: cancel at least 30 days before your booking for the standard refund terms shown at checkout on Peerspace or Giggster.
