A cinematic Italian-style villa and filming location in Los Angeles, featuring a dramatic double-height great room with arched windows, grand foyer with sweeping staircase, multiple French-door patios, a fountain courtyard, and a resort-style pool & spa—ideal for film, photo, music videos, and elegant lifestyle content.

Step into a Mediterranean Italian villa designed for camera-ready moments. This property offers a rare mix of old-world European architecture and wide, production-friendly spaces: a grand entry foyer with a curved staircase and chandelier, a double-height living room framed by towering arched windows, and multiple indoor/outdoor transitions through French doors and stone terraces.

The interiors feature rich patterned wood floors, classic built-ins, statement lighting, and refined, neutral styling that works across genres—from luxury lifestyle and editorial to dramatic narrative scenes. Outside, enjoy a series of distinct looks: a fountain courtyard, intimate wrought-iron patio seating areas, balconied terraces with balustrades, lush landscaping, and a pool + spa zone with a resort feel and greenery/hillside backdrop.

Perfect for commercials, films, photo shoots, interviews, bridal/editorial, music videos, content creation, and high-end brand work.
